As an operations executive, Thomas brings a disciplined yet creative approach to scaling efficient, integrated operations. His work includes HR due diligence, Day 0 readiness, first 100-day integration planning, and post-acquisition governance design.
Known for building scalable, high-performing organizations, Mark has developed operating models and organizational roadmaps that support rapid growth and successful exits. He has led enterprise-wide transformations, restructurings, and cost-optimization initiatives, with multiple organizations earning recognition as Best Places to Work. Dan Yun

He has supported over a dozen completed pre- and post-transaction deals with total values exceeding $1B, helping organizations strengthen financial discipline, scalability, and long-term value creation.
Dan is recognized for his leadership in finance planning systems and ERP implementations, leveraging broad end-to-end finance expertise to design, implement, and re-engineer financial systems and processes. His experience includes global finance system implementations within a Fortune 5 organization as well as multiple ERP deployments in high-growth start-up environments, ensuring financial infrastructure scales effectively with business needs.
He brings particular strength in developing actionable financial metrics and performance dashboards that translate financial data into operational insight. Dan excels at distilling complex Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow information into clear, target-driven reporting that executive and functional leaders can use to optimize performance. His approach builds trust across leadership teams and enables better decision-making tied directly to value creation.
Dan also brings deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, having managed nearly one hundred potential transactions across buy-side and sell-side contexts. He has led acquisition teams as the finance leader, overseeing deal pipeline management, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing, purchase accounting, and post-merger integration.
